support day-long workshops like
the Adult Faith Development Facilitator Training.
At the AFDFT (could we think of a longer name?)
participants tell their own faith odysseys,
because we believe the key to a meaningful
adult RE program is to have facilitators
who are grounded in their own sense of the spirit.
we also learn facilitating tips and tricks,
get an overview of popular adult RE curricula,
and talk about how to incorporate a program
into the life of your congregation.
(ok, we also play with modeling clay.)
our next AFDFT will be Fall 2011,
at Pacific Unitarian Church in Rancho Palos Verdes.
